Duel7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing duel7.vin, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing a bet or casino wager on any duel7 platform — including the website and the duel7 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of the duel7 platform regardless of which section they use: Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Fish Games, or any other feature available on the site. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Duel7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, duel7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Any winnings generated through an account subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited. Duel7 takes this requirement seriously and has no tolerance for underage use of the platform.

You must also be the legal account holder and must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using your duel7 account.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on duel7. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your mobile number changes or you believe any of your account details are out of date, update them through your account settings.

Duel7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at withdrawal time or during routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on duel7 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Duel7 supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is clearly displayed in your account's deposit section and may vary by payment method. There is no fee charged by duel7 for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and any funds received from an account that does not match your duel7 registration details may be reversed.

Duel7 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds sitting in your duel7 account wallet are not held in a separate trust account and do not generate any return outside of gaming activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your duel7 account can be made to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Duel7 processes withdrawal requests as efficiently as possible — most standard withdrawals are completed within 24 to 72 hours, though the actual time funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Before your first withdrawal, duel7 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and you should have your CNIC or other valid identification ready. Accounts that have not completed verification cannot process withdrawals above a specified threshold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Duel7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. You should read the individual bonus terms before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all duel7 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device or IP address. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on duel7 — whether on Cricket, PSL matches, Football, Esports, Live Casino games, Slots or Fish Games — are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the platform for each game type.

Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific market rules allow for cash-out or the event is void under the applicable rules. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

In the event of a match cancellation, walkover, or postponement, duel7's sports betting rules for that market type will apply. Most single-event bets on a cancelled event will be refunded to your account balance. Multi-leg bets will have the cancelled leg removed and the remaining selections recalculated at revised odds.

Duel7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error, or where technical malfunction resulted in incorrect pricing being displayed. Affected players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their account balance.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on duel7. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary based on account status, ongoing promotions or specific event conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the duel7 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit games in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, particularly in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Match-fixing or insider knowledge — placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Money laundering — depositing funds through duel7 for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or wallet provider after funds have been credited and used for gaming is considered fraud.

9 Account Security

10 Responsible Gaming

• A player has previously been self-excluded and attempts to re-register.

Upon account closure for a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is not due to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified available balance will be returned to the player through their last active payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting duel7 support. Before processing closure, duel7 may ask you to complete any pending verification steps and confirm that no active bonus wagering requirements remain.

12 Limitation of Liability

Duel7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service continuity, duel7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions or circumstances beyond duel7's control may temporarily affect availability.

Duel7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
